Our range of processing equipment is supplied by Shanghai Chemical Machinery Plant Co., Ltd. (SCMP) is a Chinese chemical processing equipment manufacturing company specializing in separation machinery, including centrifuges and filters. It is a wholly owned enterprise of Rousselet Robatel International (RRI) and a member of the Rousselet Robatel Group.  Prior to the acquisition by RRI, SCMP operated as a state-owned enterprise under the supervision of Shanghai Electrical & Mechanical Industries Bureau. It was established in 1958 and a leader in China in the centrifuge and filter fields. Rousselet Robatel is a worldwide leader in the field of industrial centrifuges with over 100 years of experience. Cooperative exchanges between SCMP and Rousselet Robatel began in 2004. These culminated in the restructuring of SCMP, in 2006, as a 100% privately owned corporation registered in Shanghai, China.

Rousselet Robatel - a leading group in the centrifuge field worldwide. With a complete range of capabilities in engineering, production, sales and service, SCMP is able to serve customers in both China as well as a growing number of overseas markets.

Horizontal Peeler Centrifuge

Full opening housing gives complete access to the entire processing area which allows for ease of maintenance, inspection, cleaning and validation.

Top Suspended Self Peeler / Discharge Centrifuge

This centrifuge is characterized by large volume, high speed, separation efficiency and production capacity, high level of automation and low noise, involving low labour.

This type of centrifuge is mainly applied to the separation of dextrose massecuite and A-massecuite. At present, it is also applied to other fields such as B-massecuite, mannitol, potassium chloride, etc.

As the separation technology keeps improving, this centrifuge can be tried to process suspensions containing solid crystals, of comparatively low viscosity and high flowability, and whose general solid to liquid ratio (weight ratio) is 45 to 60%.

Vacuum Drum Filters
This centrifuge is able to separate suspension of relatively low solid concentration, extremely fine particles and that easily clogs the filtration cloth.


This filter is for common use. It is of open design, with outer filtration surface, bottom feed and discharge by peeler. It continuously operates the processes of filtration, washing and drying under vacuum condition.

This filter type is widely applied to industrial departments such as chemistry, metallurgy, mining, food, oil refining, etc. It is suitable for solid/liquid separation of suspensions that are not too thin, and have good flowability and dense cakes. G5/1.77-XA filter is mainly applied to the production process of soda for separation of sodium bicarbonate and mother liquid.

The process contact parts of this filter type are fabricated in three ways:
On G-2 and G-5 models, they are lined with corrosion-resistant rubber and fabricated from stainless steel whilst on the G-4 model, they are fabricated from carbon steel

Available in three series of centrifuges for a wide range of applications


This centrifuge is suitable for separating suspension liquid containing medium solid crystal particles or short fibers.

This centrifuge is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, chemical fertilizer, pharmaceutical, salt manufacturing, food and light industry.
